Magnificent cottage on three floors with 4 bedrooms on each floor. The house is two-sided, one side looks at the mountains and the other side overlooks the sea, in excellent condition, very bright and spacious.


Water activities: skydiving, diving, surfing, hang gliding, jet skis, water skiing, pedal boats, catamarans and yachting. At 3 km from St. Vlas, Sunny Beach is located in it, the largest water park in Bulgaria "Action" is open.

Ground entertainment: tennis, volleyball, mini golf, skittle alley, bowling, cycling and fitness classes. As for entertainment for the soul, in Sunny Beach you can please it with a jeep safari to nearby attractions.

Spacious and very comfortable cottage in a closed complex on three floors with 4 bedrooms on each floor and a living room combined with a kitchen, 4 bathrooms. There is a fireplace and barbecue. The house is two-sided, one side looks at the mountains and the other side overlooks the sea, in excellent condition, very bright and spacious. On the one hand, the apartment has access to the fenced lawn on the ground floor level (directly from the room), on the other hand, the apartment has access to the parking lot on the third floor (also through the lawn). the total number of beds for 8 + 2 people. There are all household appliances. Bathrooms are available on each floor.

On the territory of the complex there are; – shops, SPA centers and restaurants, 13 Restaurants with different cuisines from all over the world; 2 Piano Bars: "Magnito" & "Diamond"; Disco/Nightclub "Planet Yacht Club"; Yacht port "Marina Dinevi"; 14 pools; Caribbean style Venice Beach; Salon; Laundry; Bureau of currency exchange; Bank; Amphitheater "Arena"; supermarkets; Shuttle taxis; Center for water sports.
