Walking distance to supermarkets, local bakeries, pharmacies, shops with everything you need, sports fields and much more. Taxis can be found everywhere and one can get to Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Sozopol. Sveti Vlas is 1, 5 km from Sunny Beach (5 minutes by public transport) and 7 km from Nessebar. Nessebar is the pearl of Bulgaria, a real masterpiece of architecture, preserved till our days. The narrow cobblestone streets and the medieval churches in the town create an amazing atmosphere of peace, coziness and harmony. Nessebar is only 15 minutes drive from the Dinevi Resort. A sea taxi departs for Nessebar from St. Vlas Marina every hour.

Offered for the 2022 season is a comfortable apartment in excellent condition that can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is a two room suite with a built-in kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need. The apartment overlooks the pool and the Paradise Garden area and is located on the second floor. The apartment is part of the amazing Paradise Garden complex which is situated on the second floor of the building. The complex has 8 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool in the SPA center. There is a gym and children's club. The first aid station with Russian speaking staff. Playground, tennis courts, soccer field for sports fans. Restaurants and bars for the convenience of guests directly in the complex. Supermarket, the range of which you will find as familiar Russian products, and local, fresh fruits and vegetables. On the beach in front of the complex there is also a restaurant and bar, the beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, there are services for massage. Sun loungers and umbrellas at the pools of the complex are free.

The price includes:

  • accommodation in the apartment (regardless of the number of people living in the apartment);
  • the use of the pool and sun loungers at the residential complex;
  • secure parking;
  • resort fee;
  • access to the animation program for children and adults.
