St. Vlas village is a 15 minute walk away. Sunny Beach resort is 4 km away, Nessebar 6 km. Near the complex is situated "Yacht Marina" with the promenade and restaurants of various cuisines, disco-bar, Piano-bar. A lot of cozy cafes, where inexpensive and very tasty you can eat constantly. Favorable and quiet atmosphere. The local population with great love for the Russians, no language barrier, a very tasty national cuisine. Natural organic products. Tender sea, golden sand on the vast beaches. Shallow, comfortable with the smallest children. Climate is beneficial (especially for bronchopulmonary diseases) due to combination of sea and mountain air. Not for nothing since Soviet times there is a sanatorium for children. We provide visa support. Meeting and seeing off at the airport (Burgas 25 km, Varna 100 km). The rent includes utilities (water, electricity), bed linen and towels, final cleaning.
