Rules of residence

  1. By booking the apartment, the guest thereby confirms that he has read the rules of residence and agrees to follow them.
  1. Check-in time no earlier than 14.00 p.m. (if the apartment is ready, check-in can be made earlier than the specified time).
  1. The apartment must be vacated (check-out time) no later than 10.00 a.m. on the last day of vacation. If necessary, the guest at the time of booking asks for the need for a later check-out or ensuring the safety of baggage until the time of his departure.
  1. The period from 22: 00 p.m. to 8: 00 a.m. is the time for night rest, and the period from 14: 00 p.m. to 17: 00 p.m. is the time for afternoon rest. At this time, it is necessary to avoid very loud music, noise, screaming, etc.
  1. It’s not allowed to let strangers who were not declared at the time of booking to leave in the apartment. If the presence of strangers is founded out that was not previously agreed upon, the guest may be denied stay for all guests or a fine of 100 (one hundred) EUR may be charged.
  1. Pets are not allowed in the apartment (unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking). In case of detection of a pet whose presence was not previously agreed, a fine of 100 (one hundred) EUR may be charged from the guest.
  1. If any defects and damages in the apartment are detected upon arrival, the guest is obliged to inform immediately about it. By further usage of the apartment, the guest should also immediately inform about the detected defects.
  1. The furniture, household appliances and electronics, kitchen utensils, dishes, linens, towels located in the apartment are handed over to the guest. It is not allowed to take furniture, equipment and towels out of the apartment.
  1. It is not allowed to leave the air conditioner on and use it with open doors and windows. It is not permitted to throw waste into the toilet, or flush sand in the shower to avoid clogging the drain system. If a blockage is detected by check-out, the cost for unclogging in the amount of 50 (fifty) EUR will be deducted from the guest.
  1. Guests are responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of the apartments, must take out the trash in a timely manner, take care of the property, household appliances and electronics in the apartment.
  1. Guests are required to comply with fire safety measures, not to smoke in the apartment and not to make open fire, with the exception of specially designated places. If a smell of tobacco is detected during the guest’s stay, or by check-out, a fine of 100 (one hundred) EUR will be charged.
  1. The guest himself bears the risk of safety of his belongings and valuables left in the apartment. When leaving the apartment, it is strongly recommended to lock the doors with the key and do not leave the windows open.
  1. The guest is informed that the administration or the management company can change the rules of residence / stay on the territory of the hotel-residential complex, to which the rented apartment belongs.
  1. The guest is obliged to hand over the apartment upon departure in a clean, tidy condition, in which the guest received the apartment. By the check-out the apartment should be free of guest’s belongings and garbage, the refrigerator and freezer should be free of food.

 

  • Responsibility of Guest:

  • Material damage discovered during the check-out of the apartment is fully compensated by the guest.

 

  • Upon arrival, a security deposit will be charged to the guest (hereinafter — the deposit). The guest pays this deposit immediately on the day of arrival at the apartment. The deposit is refunded if the guest returns the apartment back in the same condition as it was provided to him and taking into account the absence of debt for other financial obligations in accordance with the terms of booking the apartment.

 

  1. Special conditions:
  • All additional payments, such as a security deposit, final cleaning fees, the cost of television and Internet, as well as the condition for paying the cost of utilities during your stay, are agreed and must be indicated in the reservation.
  • The cost of renting an apartment does not include the cost of regular cleaning of the apartment, and other additional services provided by the administration of the complex or the management company, and which the guest can order at his own request at his own expense.
  • All penalties provided for by the reservation, and other financial obligations of the guest, can be deducted from the amount of the guarantee deposit. With the exception of the cost of the Internet, which is payable upon check-in.
