Saint Vlas is a small town named after the patron of trade, God Veles. Saint Vlas is rapidly developing and becoming a very popular resort in Bulgaria. There are at least two reasons for this: a convenient location and a healing climate. St. Vlas is located 40 km from Burgas International Airport, 5 km from the largest and busiest resort in the country - Sunny Beach and 9 km from the ancient and quiet Nessebar. Having "registered" at the green foothills of Stara Planina on the Black Sea coast, the town has secured a reputation as a magnificent balneological clinic: there is a special microclimate that combines a mild sea breeze enriched with iodine ions and the purest mountain air. In Sveti Vlas, things are very serious about ensuring the safety of public order. The city houses the houses of important government officials and the residence of the Dinev developers. Plus, there is a yacht port - a rather rare occurrence on the Bulgarian coast. Therefore, most of the streets in the resort city are under round-the-clock video surveillance. In addition, in 2006, active construction began in St. Vlas. But it will not disturb tourists in any way: Bulgarian law prohibits work in the summer season.
